Juli-Ann is truly in her Element when she is making a positive impact in the community and in other people’s lives. After 19 years in the financial industry with positions in relationship, depository and treasury management, joining Element Wealth opened up a new opportunity for her to truly pursue making that positive impact.

“When a friend introduced me to Jeremy, I knew I had found a way to express myself creatively and help a business flourish. It also enabled me to broaden my exposure to the community around me,” she says. “Element – and Jeremy – offered the perfect opportunity for me to utilize my broad range of knowledge of the financial world to help lay the groundwork for a company dedicated to the ‘why’ in life.”

In her daily role, Juli-Ann is dedicated to finding the best fit to accommodate the needs of Element’s clients. As an experienced financial services professional, she knows the importance of being adaptable and finding appropriate solutions to clients’ ever-changing needs. She is dedicated to making the company one that clients and employees are proud to be a part of.

“Knowing that I provide the best possible client service and that I am part of a team that eventually prompts our clients to refer us to potential new clients is just one important key to the growth of our firm,” Juli-Ann says.

You can also find Juli-Ann in her Element through her leadership in creating awareness of the important issues for the greater Madison County community. She is actively involved in Leadership Madison County, the Madison County Chamber of Commerce’s signature leadership development program. “Supporting the businesses of our community is vital to the quality of life in the areas in which we live and work,” she says.

Juli-Ann has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Mississippi. As a student attending the Graduate School of Banking at Louisiana State University, she was a winning member of a bank simulation team – a two-week competition in which teams are responsible for effective management and profitability for a computer-simulated $800 million bank. Juli-Ann holds her Series 65 Investment Advisor Representative license, along with a license in Life Insurance.

She is married with one son. In her spare time, she enjoys working out, woodworking, studying healthy lifestyle choices and reading.
